一线城市中心区高容积率豪宅开发,多以百米高层或超高层塔楼的形式出现,其奢华主要体现在室内空间。日常起居有一种被束缚于垂直高塔的感觉,远离自然,缺少离家比较近的社交互动空间。


The development of high-plot ratio luxury houses in the central areas of first-tier cities is mostly in the form of 100-meter high-rise or super-high-rise towers, whose luxury is mainly reflected in the interior space. Daily living has a feeling of being trapped in a vertical tower, far from nature and lacking social interaction Spaces closer to home.

 

 

 

广州顶级豪宅通常以紧邻珠江为依托,但E3地块缺少江景资源,也没有超高层的建设条件,作为汇景新城的收官之作,E3需要通过差异化设计,打造豪宅新体验。

Guangzhou's top luxury houses are usually located close to the Pearl River, but E3 lacks river view resources and high-rise construction conditions. As the final project of Huijing New Town, E3 needs to create a new luxury experience through differentiated design.

该场地有80米的高层住宅,相对于一般架空层而言,大多设置在首层,而此项目将架空层抬升至空中,空中隔开并设立了开放性的展台供人欣赏。从内部景观和外部山景,达到了全方位360°一站到底的预览模式。同时,该项目的架空层下方的南向空间布置了退台式别墅,在城市中心地段提供了高端的差异化产品。

The site has 80 meters of high-rise residential buildings, which are mostly set on the ground floor, compared to the ordinary overhead level, which is raised into the air, separated by the air and set up open booths for people to enjoy. From the interior landscape and the exterior mountain view, achieve a full 360° one stop to the bottom preview mode. At the same time, the south facing space under the stilts of the project is arranged with a retreat villa, providing a high-end differentiated product in the heart of the city.

“​在城市化发展成熟的阶段,高容积率是城市中心地段住宅建设的必要条件。高容积率本身与亲近自然是一对矛盾体,项目设计了别墅从而结合退台绿化、地面园林景观、空中架空绿廊等,以此营造了绿色自然的高端社区空间。”
