建筑以“流云”为设计概念。流动的云具有轻盈飘逸、形态多变、难以捉摸的特质，与无人机多样性的飞行条件和日新月异的发展态势十分契合。

The building is designed with the concept of "flowing clouds". The flowing cloud has the characteristics of light and elegant, changeable shape and elusive, which is very consistent with the diverse flight conditions and rapid development of UAV.
