位于深圳平湖街道平吉大道与新木路交叉口东北侧，北距华南城约170米，西南侧紧邻在建木古地铁站，其中地铁A出口与项目无缝接驳。地上二十层，主要功能为商业、办公、公寓；地下三层，主要功能为车库、设备用房。
Located in the northeast of the intersection of Pingji Avenue and Xinmu Road, Pinghu Street, Shenzhen, the project is about 170 meters away from South China City in the north and adjacent to Jianmugu subway station in the southwest. The subway exit A is seamlessly connected to the project. The project covers an area of 4942 square meters, with a specified plot ratio of 4.0 and a total construction area of 33,352.23 square meters. The main functions are business, office and apartment. Underground three floors, the main function is garage, equipment room.
由于用地规模和建设规模较小，如何在提高经济性的同时还能营造良好的公众互动参与空间和氛围，是项目成功的关键；为此，方案采用了“开放式mini综合体”设计理念。
Due to the small scale of land use and construction, how to improve the economy while creating a good space and atmosphere for public interaction and participation is the key to the success of the project. To this end, the design concept of "open mini complex" was adopted.
