传统封闭式小区将公共海岸景观私有化，而本项目融入开放街区设计，既实现了海岸资源的共享利用，也丰富了项目的产品业态。错落有致的布局最大限度保证户户朝海。总图布局开口率的大幅提升让项目与山海环境融为一体。

Traditional closed communities privatize the public coastal landscape, while this project integrates the open block design, which not only realizes the shared utilization of coastal resources, but also enriches the product format of the project. Strewn at random have send layout maximum assurance each household faces the sea. The large increase in the opening rate of the general layout allows the project to integrate with the mountain and sea environment.
