项目用地倚山面海、与城市周边界面舒展交融，为充分利用其优越的景观资源，我们致力于将规划描绘出连山接海、城市媒介的轮廓以回应城市及场地，引山入海，汇海成滩。
The project site is located on the mountainside facing the sea, blending harmoniously with the surrounding urban interface. In order to fully utilize its superior landscape resources, we focused on depicting the outline of the planning as a mountain-to-sea, urban-to-urban medium, incorporating mountains into the sea and converging the sea into a beach, in response to the city and the site.
在规划中，顺延着项目用地的展开之势，以散落式主题聚落进行布局，使整体规划似有机生长形成，亲切而自然地回应城市及用地界面。友好的小体量的体块组合使整体形象更加活泼生动，减少了对城市周围的威胁感，高低错落间以层层退台对其进行多维串联，建筑坡面与平台的生动衔接，模糊了层与层间的界限，上下层间如生长相连，引人探索。海洋主题景观首尾相连，一气呵成，如同海内涌入的条条浪花，由沿街多个入口节点汇聚向内，环绕于空间，与建筑呼应成趣，浑然一体。
In the planning, the layout is carried out in a scattered theme settlement along the development trend of the project land, making the overall planning seem to grow organically and respond to the urban and land interface naturally and intimately. The friendly small-scale block combination makes the overall image more lively and vivid, reducing the threat to the surrounding city. The high and low scattered layers are connected in a multi-dimensional series with layers of retreat, and the vivid connection between the building slope and the platform blurs the boundaries between layers. The upper and lower layers are connected like growth, attracting people to explore. The marine theme landscape is connected end to end, as if the waves in the sea are pouring in, converging inward from multiple entry nodes along the street, surrounding the space, echoing with the building, and forming a whole.
建筑与景观的统一理念使得整个规划更加纯粹而富有生机，如一捧洒落在礁滩上的海贝，自然而制约，山海景互相渗透于空间，以好客之姿引导人流穿行。旅行于其中，时而身处海涡中心，时而踏浪观海，时而又拾级而上，体验独特而多趣。
The unified concept of architecture and landscape makes the entire plan more pure and vibrant, like a handful of seashells scattered on the reef. The natural constraints and mountain-sea scenery penetrate into the space, guiding people through with a hospitable gesture. Traveling in it, sometimes standing in the center of the whirlpool, sometimes watching the sea while treading on the waves, and sometimes climbing up the stairs, you will experience a unique and interesting experience.
