一线城市中心区高容积率豪宅开发，多以百米高层或超高层塔楼的形式出现，其奢华主要体现在室内空间。日常起居有一种被束缚于垂直高塔的感觉，远离自然，缺少离家比较近的社交互动空间。
The development of high-plot ratio luxury houses in the central areas of first-tier cities is mostly in the form of 100-meter high-rise or super-high-rise towers, whose luxury is mainly reflected in the interior space. Daily living has a feeling of being trapped in a vertical tower, far from nature and lacking social interaction Spaces closer to home.
广州顶级豪宅通常以紧邻珠江为依托，但E3地块缺少江景资源，也没有超高层的建设条件，作为汇景新城的收官之作，E3需要通过差异化设计，打造豪宅新体验。
Guangzhou's top luxury houses are usually located close to the Pearl River, but E3 lacks river view resources and high-rise construction conditions. As the final project of Huijing New Town, E3 needs to create a new luxury experience through differentiated design.
该场地有80米的高层住宅，相对于一般架空层而言，大多设置在首层，而此项目将架空层抬升至空中，空中隔开并设立了开放性的展台供人欣赏。从内部景观和外部山景，达到了全方位360°一站到底的预览模式。同时，该项目的架空层下方的南向空间布置了退台式别墅，在城市中心地段提供了高端的差异化产品。
