项目坐落于中国深圳市著名郊野公园塘朗山，是深圳中心城区制高点，可全方位观赏深圳城市景观。它不仅为人们提供了一个俯瞰周边美景的观景台，同时也成为一个促进深圳市民社交文化发展的重要户外郊游地标。
The project is located in Tanglang Mountain, a famous country park in Shenzhen, China. It is the commanding height of Shenzhen's central city area and offers a full view of the urban landscape of Shenzhen.It not only provides a viewing platform for people to overlook the surrounding scenery, but also becomes an important outdoor landmark to promote the social and cultural development for Shenzhen citizens.
项目面向所有人开放，行动不便的人群可以通过各自的缓坡道直达城市看台。银灰色的金属材质作为塔的主要材料定义出其简洁的设计语言，平台悬于空中，让壮丽湾区风光尽收眼底。几何形体为看台赋予强烈存在感的同时，在城市界面具有可读性，因此以“湾区之眼”立意设计。
The project is open to everyone, and people with limited mobility can access the city stands through gentle ramp. Silver-grey metal as the tower's main material defines its simple design language, and platforms are suspended in the air allowing panoramic views of the magnificent Bay Area. The geometric form gives the stand a strong sense of presence and at the same time are readable in the urban interface, so the design was conceived as "The Eye of The Bay Area".
