规划片区旨在面向世界，面向未来，是以​“一心双核、十字生境“的规划空间结构，实现构建粤港澳大湾区世界级城镇群的“巅峰之作”的发展愿景。城市导则、城市空间规划相对明确及成熟，对于本项目如何重塑城市活力的天性，是本次概念设计提案关注的重点，同时，积极探寻新型设计策略，提升项目社会效益与经济效益，获得优质城市空间和建筑形象。

The planning area aims to face the world and the future. With the planning space structure of "one heart, two cores and cross habitat", the development vision of building the "peak" of the guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area world-class city group will be realized. Urban guidelines and urban space planning are relatively clear and mature. How to reshape the dynamic nature of the city is the focus of this conceptual design proposal. At the same time, we should actively explore new design strategies to improve the social and economic benefits of the project and obtain high-quality urban space and architectural image.
